June starts off on a sad note with the departure of Melanie, but she is soon forgotten. The Xander Serena Eric storyline, Brady Theresa Tate problem, and the Eve JJ Paige fiasco take center stage. JJ and Paige attempt to move on with their lives but continue to clash.

Eric and Nicole bond as they face certain death at the hands of Xander and his crazy accomplice. But Dr. Dan will come to their rescue. Chad decides to romance magazine editor Zoe, unaware that Abigail has feelings for him. Victor condemns Xander to death. Theresa is thrilled to move into the Kiriakis mansion – but arrives to find a potential roadblock to her happiness.
