Photo: Actress True O’Brien comes to Salem as JJ Deveraux’s new love interest Paige.  Viewers may recognize O’Brien from her role as Diamond Bloodworth in The Disney Channel’s Jessie.

John Black returns to Salem, setting an unpleasant note  for Days to come. He barely has time to breathe when he runs into Hope.  Her smile turns into a frown when he tells her some news about Bo. While working together, Hope and Aiden draw closer. As Hope tries to adjust to the latest upset in her life, she then has to deal with Sami’s latest antics. Hope blows up at her and they get into a battle of words. Sami has other things to deal with, too. Little Johnny manages to perplex Sami when he tells her that Abigail is in love with Rafe. Sami isn’t sure whether she should laugh or cry. (It turns out that Abigail loves the work of the painter Raphael and NOT Rafe Hernandez).

John has a run-in with Marlena. She becomes upset and lashes out at John and later, she leans on Roman for support.

Theresa and Brady hang out together, and Maggie catches them fooling around at the Kiriakis mansion. Liam, Jennifer’s ex-date, sets his eyes on Theresa, and Brady doesn’t seem to like it.

Meanwhile, Abby is feeling stung by EJ’s lack of interest. Then, EJ receives some shocking news about Abigail. Is she pregnant?! Find out by watching the March 19th episode.

As Sami continues trying to figure out why Abby has apparently fallen for Rafe,  he discovers that his real love life isn’t all that swell. After he gets in the middle of another skirmish between Ben and Jordan, it looks like Rafe could be headed back into the singles market. Jordan feels the best thing would be to move away but Rafe is determined to make her stay in Salem! Rafe is heartbroken and confused over Jordan’s decision to leave town, so he tries to stop her.
Things heat up between Eric and Nicole, but Eric drags his feet. This is very frustrating for Nicole!

JJ tries to impress new girl Paige but ends up putting his foot in his mouth. Some other mean girls in town are involved, somehow. Read the update below.

Hope finds out that Dr. Chyka has reemerged and Marlena has questions!

Stefano and Nicole have words, while Sami and Adrienne spar over Will and Sonny’s wedding plans.

Sonny complains to Grandpa Victor about Nick …uh, oh!

Daniel confronts Nicole when he finds evidence of what she’s been keeping from Eric. Daniel comes across what Nicole has been hiding and demands the truth. Did she willfully
mislead Eric?!

Jennifer is the target of a smear campaign at work and also starts receiving hate mail. Later, someone is stalking her! Could it be someone from the hospital or someone she previously dated?

Daniel and Jennifer have a dinner party, but somehow the food gets ruined. It must be sabotage.

Kate finally makes good on her promise to have dinner with Stefano.

Updates:  Newcomers Sierra Lynne Mills along with Chanel Marriott will play ‘mean girls’ sometime in March.

Michael Benyaer (Dr. Chyka) returns March 12th

Actor John Aniston might leave his character role as Victor Kiriakis. No word yet on the date. He is not retiring from the role, however, so he may be taking a long needed break.

Days is casting for the role of Fletcher. The character is said to be a cross between EJ and Chad, 25 to 35 years old, at least 6 feet tall, gorgeous, confident, powerful, dynamic and charismatic. Fletcher is irresistible, a master in not only the boardroom but the bedroom, which makes other men want to be him. The contract role promises his character has a heart of gold.

Eileen Davidson will appear for a brief stint as Kristin in early summer 2014.
