Casey Deidrick (Chad) shot his final scenes on June 21st. His four year contract started in 2009 and he decided not to renew it, so his character will most likely be recast.

After Rafe is brought out of his coma, the sight of seeing Sami is too much for him. Does he not like her? EJ and Justin work frantically to steal DiMera Enterprises and kick Stefano out of it and the mansion! Stefano gives EJ a serious warning. Sami is concerned about EJ after he takes over. Jennifer hires JJ’s friend Theresa as her assistant though she suspects trouble is ahead.

Kristen confronts Dr. Chyka, the man who created the drug formula that Kristen gave to Father Eric. Kristen attempts to prevent Daniel from learning her secret. Brady confesses to Maggie that he still has feelings for Kristen but doesn’t know what to do.

Adrienne and Justin continue to remain at odds over Sonny and Will’s relationship. Kristen pays Eric a visit. Jennifer makes it clear to Theresa to stay away from JJ. But she becomes JJ’s new partner in crime. Eric’s memories of the night he was drugged start to return.

Lucas worries that Will and Sonny could be breaking up. EJ wants Chad to join the family busines and help out.
